Organic Must Haves for a Day at the Lake

Isn’t it great to enjoy summer by spending a day at a lake? Especially when you have all your essentials with you. So that you don’t need to worry if you brought everything with you, I put together this small list of useful, stylish and organic items. So you have everything together you need to relax and enjoy your time at the lake.

1 This Hamam scarf can be used as a bath towel and as a small blanket. It’s made out of organic cotton and looks classic with its maritime stripes.

2 When we go swimming, we need something sporty and yet elegant, like this onepiece swimwear. It’s made out of sustainable fabric and produced in Europe. Its elegant cut makes it the perfect piece to stay with you for more than one season.

3 You can transport everything you need for your day at the lake with this beautiful macrame bag made out of jute. It’s stylish and practical can be used outside of the swimming season to store blankets and cushions.

4 Swimming tends to make us hungry, so it’s always great to take some vegetables or fruits with us. This cube box made out of stainless steele is a stylish and sustainable alternative to conventional plastic boxes.

5 Even if the temperatures are not as hot anymore, it’s critical to drink enough of water. This gets a lot easier, when we use organic and beautiful items like this colorful glas bottle.

6 When you are out of the water, why not read a book to relax? Frank Berzbach book about mindfulness teaches us how to live a creative life and helps us to nurture our most important relationship, the one with ourselves, so we can fill our cups and live the life we want.

7 The best reading adventure starts with a colorful bookmark. Especially when it's made out of recycled paper.

For the collage we used photos from Der kleine Bazar, MYMARINI, ECO Brotbox, soulbottles, Verlag Hermann Schmidt and EmAhls.
