December is the time for contemplation, cozying-up, peace, calm, spending time with family and making tasty dishes and desserts. Often everyday life is so busy that we can’t find time to really enjoy the holiday season.
It can help to make room for small moments of serenity, where you do something to treat yourself and consciously enjoy this moments. We can’t change the external circumstances, but we can decide how to deal with them. With this is mind, I wish you a wonderful Christmas season!
